Do you sell to the public or to end user companies?
No. We are strictly a trade only supplier. We do not supply anyone whose primary business does not include the resale of corporate gifts.

Are your product prices competitive?
Yes, we are highly competitive as we are direct importers and have a highly skilled procurement division. In fact our Lowest Price Guarantee states that we will beat any competitor's price on the same product!

Do you brand inhouse?
Yes, we have in-house graphic designers and in-house branding departments, offering Pad and Silkscreen Printing, Engraving, Doming, Full Colour Digital Printing, Sublimation Printing, Foiling, Debossing, Name Badges, Lapel Badges and Button Badges. This allows us to control the quality of your customers' logo.
We also offer branding of individual names with your logo (Pspec branding) at an extremely low cost with no additional setup charge.

What is pspec branding and how is it charged?
Pspec branding is the branding of your logo with individual names, on our Sublimation Mugs, Diaries and Notebooks, at an extremely low cost per name and with no additional setup charge, as it is an automated software system.
The Pspec branding charge is the cost of the logo and individual name, in a pre-determined position. There is a minimum order quantity of 30 units, unless it's a repeat job with the same logo, and the names must be supplied in an Excel format. Otherwise we charge a premium.

Processes

How do I place an order?
To place an order, you can email sales@togsa.co.za or alternatively and more effectively, you can place an order online by following these steps:
Once you are logged into our website, click on product you want to order.
Click "View Details"
Type in quantity
Click "Add to ORDER"
If you want branding, click "Brand!"
Select the branding method and no of colours on the 2 drop down arrows
Click on 'Upload!' if you want to upload your logo (or you can also email the logo separately)
Logo should be in a Vector format (high resolution Coral Draw or PDF file), along with the exact pantone colours.
If you want to order more products, click "Add More Products" and repeat above steps
Once you have completed your order, click "Process order > >" on bottom right
Type in your Order No. and Company Details
Click "Submit Your Order"

How do I create an online quote?
Once you are logged into our website, click on product you want to quote.
Click "View Details"
Type in quantity
Click "Add to Quote"
If you want the quote with branding, click "Brand!"
Select the branding method and no of colours on the 2 drop down arrows
If you want to quote more products, click "Add More Products" and repeat above steps
Once you have completed your quote, click "Process quote > >" on bottom right
Type in your Company Details
Select your quote in Excel or PDF format
Click "View Quote"

How must my artwork be formatted and submitted?
Please email your logo to us in a Vector format (high resolution Coral Draw or PDF file), along with the exact pantone colours.

Can our goods be delivered to us?
You can either collect from our dispatch department or we can quote to courier to your offices or directly to your customer (not residential addresses), without any invoices or reference to Trade Only Gifts.
We also offer free Economy courier to Cape Town CBD (3-4 days) / Durban CBD (2-3 days). However, we don't offer free courier of luggage bags or drinkware items due to the high cost of couriering bulky products relative to the product price.

How long in advance before the required delivery date must I place my order?
Branded orders take 3 to 5 days from artwork confirmation. Overseas orders take 12 weeks from confirmation.

Is it possible to get branding done quicker?
Yes, we provide a Rush service whereby urgent orders, for a 10% premium on the value of the order, have a guarantee of completion within 3 days from approval of artwork.

How big is your range of products?
We hold a wide range of the latest in corporate gifts and constantly import new and exciting products.

Why are you able to provide superior service?
As we realise it is in our best interest to do so, since our survival is based on repeat business. We therefore spare no expense in pleasing customers and have a complete service department on our premises to handle all repairs.

Website Usage

Am I obligated to place an order if I submit an enquiry list?
Absolutely not.

If I e-mail product photos to my customers, will they see any reference to Trade Only Gifts?
No. Any images e-mailed to your customers are sent as if by you, with no mention of Trade Only Gifts.

Will you disclose personal details that I submit on your website to a third party?
Absolutely not. We only use your details to assist you as requested and do not disclose any of your details to anyone else.
